Onside by Onside Games · Updated 29 October 2026

You can request deletion of your Onside account and its associated data without reinstalling or opening the game.

Request deletion by email

  1. Email onsidegame2026@gmail.com from the email address registered to your Onside account.
  2. Use the subject Onside account and data deletion. State that you want your account and all associated data deleted. Include your Onside player name if you know it.
  3. We verify that the request is authorized, locate the account and delete its associated data. We may contact you if we need clarification. Do not send your password, verification codes, login tokens or identity documents.

This button opens your email application. It does not send a request automatically. You can also copy the address into any email service.

What is deleted, and when?

Onside Games deletes the account, email address, player profile, ranking and associated Onside-held session, match and recovery records after verifying and processing the request. Onside Games' policy is immediate deletion at that point, with no additional retention period and no associated data intentionally kept.

Deleting an account removes online access and saved online progress. This action cannot be undone. You can instead ask to delete specific data without deleting your account; describe what you want removed in your email.

Parents and guardians

A parent or guardian can request deletion of their child's account or information at the same address. Identify the relevant player name and account email if known. We may need to verify authority before acting. Do not include unnecessary personal information.

Data on your device or held by other providers

To remove local preferences and game data, use Android Settings → Apps → Onside → Storage → Clear data. Wording varies by device. Uninstalling or clearing local data alone does not delete an online account. Google and other providers control records they hold independently; an Onside request cannot directly erase those records. See the privacy policy for provider details.
